Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to cut-to-order fabric.

If you wish to cancel your purchase:

• Contact us per email: maira@natursaga.com.

• Return the item in substantially unchanged condition.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  
  

Claims & Complaints

We do our absolute best and carefully inspect each product before shipping. If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will help you.

Send your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue to maira@natursaga.com.

If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
