Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Sweden using PostNord and DHL.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery option and the weight of the package. Free shipping within Sweden is offered on orders over 1500 SEK.

We also deliver outside of Sweden via DHL Express and DHL Freight.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery option and the weight of the package. Free shipping is available on orders over 2000 SEK to the Nordic region (Finland, Denmark and Norway).

We always aim to hand over your package to PostNord or DHL as soon as possible.
If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your purchase if the delivery is unreasonably delayed.

Unclaimed/Uncollected Packages

For packages returned to Natursaga because they were not collected by the customer within the holding period set by Postnord/DHL, we reserve the right to charge the customer for handling and return shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to have the package resent, the customer will be charged for the new shipping cost as well as an administrative fee of 200 SEK.

If the customer chooses to cancel the purchase after the package has been returned, we will refund the order amount minus an administrative fee of 200 SEK and the shipping costs incurred by Natursaga for the unclaimed shipment.
