Terms and Conditions for Natursaga

These terms apply when you, as a consumer, place an order from Natursaga, organization number 980523. By completing a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions.

2. Orders
When your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
Natursaga is a small, newly founded business, and we do our best to ensure that inventory is accurate. However, we reserve the right for occasional discrepancies.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in the selected store currency and include VAT.
Any applicable shipping fees are shown before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to adjust prices if technical errors occur.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Sweden using PostNord and DHL.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery option and the weight of the package. Free shipping is offered within Sweden for orders over 1500 SEK.
We also deliver outside Sweden via DHL Express and DHL Freight.
Free shipping is available on orders over 2000 SEK to the Nordic region (Finland, Denmark and Norway).
We always aim to hand over your package to PostNord or DHL the same day the order is placed.
If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel your order if delivery is unreasonably delayed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to cut-to-order fabric.
To cancel a purchase:
Contact us via email.
Return the item in substantially unchanged condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Claims & Complaints
We do our utmost to ensure that every product is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us and we will assist you.
Send your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue to maira@natursaga.com.
If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund.
7. Personal Data (GDPR)
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When you place an order, we collect information such as your name, address, email, and phone number in order to manage your purchase.
We use this data to:
Process and deliver your order
Send order confirmations and updates
Enable payment
Comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting laws)
To deliver your order, we share the necessary personal information with our logistics partners (PostNord/DHL), who use it solely for delivery purposes.
We never store your data longer than necessary and never share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Any changes will be published on our website. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.
